Merge. Defend. Survive.

Turn a handful of archers into a powerful defense against a forest full of monsters. Merge matching troops, cover your lanes, and unleash volleys before enemies break through your Gate.

Best played on mobile. Merge Tactics is designed around touch controls and a portrait layout.

Build your army

• Merge and reposition archers to create stronger troops and make room for reinforcements.
• Survive five minutes, then finish the fight. Defeat the remaining enemies and bosses to clear the stage.
• Shape each run with powerup choices and new board tiles as you level up.
• Experiment with gear. Collect and fuse equipment, try different arrow effects, and unlock permanent upgrades.
• Explore 50 stages across 10 worlds, facing new enemies and bosses along the way.

A passion project

Merge Tactics is a passion project I’ve been building in my free time since July 2026.

This is still a prototype, and I’m sharing it to get feedback on the gameplay. Your experience will help shape what comes next.

Purchases and ads: testing mode

In-app purchases (IAP) and ad rewards grant their associated items or currency immediately for testing purposes. No real-money purchase or ad viewing is required in this prototype.

Try different gear and progression options while I gather gameplay feedback. Normal in-game currency costs and reward limits still apply.

How to play

• Drag matching archers together to merge them.
• Drag troops between tiles to reposition them and cover your lanes.
• Tap Attack to fire, or enable Auto to fire on cooldown.
• Pick powerups and unlock tiles when you level up.
• Protect your Gate until the stage is clear.

Desktop: use the mouse to drag troops, click Attack or press Space to fire, and press Escape to pause.
